What is a Flexible Mortgage?
Flexible mortgages are designed to be just that and can offer you the following
benefits on your mortgage or remortgage:
- Overpayments or underpayments to suit you and your cash-flow
- Option to miss up to six months payments, subject to prior arrangement
- No early repayment charge
- A choice of variable or Bank Base Rate Tracker rates
- If you are unable to prove your full income, you may still qualify for a flexible
mortgage by using our self-certification option, sometimes referred to as a non-status
mortgage.
